Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cgmus.org or any subdomain herein (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site is operated by Christian Gospel Mission United States of America (“CGM USA”) and is provided for informational, educational, and nonprofit purposes related to our mission and activities.

Permitted Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Interfere with or disrupt Site operations or security
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Misrepresent affiliation with the nonprofit
Use automated systems to extract or copy content

Intellectual Property Rights

A. Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property made available on the Site, including but not limited to:

Text, articles, and written materials
Graphics, images, photographs, and illustrations
Audio and video recordings
Logos, trademarks, service marks, and trade dress
Website design, layout, structure, and look-and-feel
Software, source code, scripts, and functionality

(collectively, the “Content”) are owned by Christian Gospel Mission United States of America or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

B. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Christian Gospel Mission United States of America grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view the Site and Content solely for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes related to our nonprofit mission.

This license does not permit you to:

Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish Content
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
Publicly display, perform, or broadcast Content
Use Content for commercial, political, promotional, or fundraising purposes
Scrape, crawl, data-mine, or systematically extract Content
Use Content in connection with artificial intelligence, machine learning models, datasets, or automated systems

C. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written consent from Christian Gospel Mission United States of America, you may not:

Use our name, logos, or branding in a manner suggesting endorsement or affiliation
Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Site
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Publish or redistribute Content on other platforms or media
Register domain names, trademarks, or social media accounts confusingly similar to our name or marks

D. Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of Christian Gospel Mission United States of America or their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any trademark without prior written permission.

E. Enforcement

Unauthorized use of the Site or Content may violate intellectual property laws and may result in:

Immediate termination of Site access
Injunctive or equitable relief
Civil liability for damages and legal costs
Referral to law enforcement where appropriate

F. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice including:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Your contact information
A statement of good-faith belief
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

G. International Protection and Enforcement

The Content and intellectual property of Christian Gospel Mission United States of America are protected by U.S. law and by applicable international treaties and conventions, including the Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty, and TRIPS Agreement.

Unauthorized use of the Content outside the United States may violate both U.S. law and the laws of your local jurisdiction.

Christian Gospel Mission United States of America reserves the right to:

Enforce its intellectual property rights worldwide
Seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where infringement occurs
Pursue civil remedies, damages, and recovery of legal costs to the fullest extent permitted by law
Coordinate enforcement actions with international partners, platforms, hosting providers, registrars, or law enforcement authorities

Access to the Site does not grant rights under the laws of any foreign jurisdiction. Unauthorized international use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

User Submissions

If you submit content or information through the Site:

You grant Christian Gospel Mission United States of America a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for nonprofit purposes
You represent that you have the right to submit the content
You remain solely responsible for your submissions

Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Gospel Mission United States of America shall not be liable for:

Loss of data

Indemnification

Governing Law

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Christian Gospel Mission United States of America may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction worldwide to protect its intellectual property rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
